As a Social Media Ambassador, my mission is to engage in conversation with clients on our Social Media Channels (Samsung Belgium & Samsung Mobile Belgium).
Most of the time on public posts, I’m creating a lovely relation between the client and Samsung Belgium and I’m doing all I can to make the client happy and satisfied.
I’m helping with the coordination of the Messenger Private Team at Morocco, my job is to do a quality control reporting and to train agents in Temara, to familiarize them with the Belgian French Tone of voice.
An other part of my job is also to help the content manager with the French content (website, SEO,…)
